Carey Lowell is an American actor and former model. Her first job was as a fashion model, working for designers like Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein. Her acting debut came in the film of 1986 "Dangerously Close..' Later that year she appeared on screen in Club Paradise. In 1989, she was in the James Bond film 'Licence for Kill'. She re-enacted the role providing her voice to the videogame 007 Legends. However, her most well-known performance is her TV role as Jamie Ross in the American TV drama, 'Law & order'. When she became dissatisfied with the film industry at the turn of 2000, she joined New York University in order to study documentary films'. The divorce of three years with Richard Gere, an actor, ended in 2016. Since then, Lowell has steered clear of controversy.
